Forza Story
Forza was started in 2007 with a vision to elevate car rental services for business travellers. Beginning in Chennai, we worked on improving the experience of car rental services for everyone involved from the booker to the guest.
We were the first to introduce in-car kits for the comfort and safety of guests which included newspapers, magazines, water bottles, note pads, chocolates, mints, fire extinguishers and wet tissues.We also reimagined how a Customer Executive (Chauffeur) needs to interact with guests and brought in training programmes to ensure guests have the best in class experience while being with us.
We further opened our services in Bengaluru and Coimbatore in 2018, expanding the Forza experience to other cities. It is at this time that we saw the need to develop our own technology to further enhance the experience for the bookers, guests and Customer Executives (CE).
In 2017, we stepped into Employee Transportation services in Chennai and while we were looking to expand these services, the pandemic made us slow down and relook at how we better serve our customers. During this period, we adapted to a new format of service delivery that prioritised hygiene and safety rules for the benefit of our CEs and Guests.
Today, we are all set to further expand our services across South India with a refreshed brand and new energy.

Team
The Forza team is available 24/7/365 days for you. Our trained reservations staff is available over the telephone and email to assist you with your travel needs. Our reservation system allows for easy booking, information verification, and billing.
We have a dedicated fleet team that ensures the cars are prepared to receive the guests. We ensure that we have items for the safety and comfort of the guests.
Our drivers are referred to as Customer Executives as they are the face of the company. They are the people who chauffeur our guests and also represent the company’s commitment to service and quality.
At Forza, we believe that customer satisfaction is determined by the performance of our qualified Customer Executives.
Training
Our CEs are trained to follow safe driving practices and we impart soft skills training so they handle guests with a view to deliver a superior experience. They are briefed regularly about service standards.
Induction: CE’s entering the Forza force, are briefed in detail about the Forza service expectations. Their induction includes training in grooming, car cleanliness, and also in the basic courtesy they should follow in guest interactions.
Refresher Sessopm: CEs training is regularly refreshed through short briefing sessions to remind them about the service standards of the company. A fleet in-charge also trains the CEs on vehicle readiness for duty and personal grooming.
Our reservations and operations staff are trained in soft skills and management skills to handle customer booking requirements.
Technology
Technology is an essential part of our service. Leveraging years of understanding customer behaviour, requirements, and insights into market conditions, we have created our own customised software and apps to enable us to deliver the best-in-class service. Our software enables us to create bookings, track vehicles, and accurately bill each travel requirement seamlessly.
Our technology takes into accounts, the CEs, the Adminstrative departments are of the customers and the Guests.
– The CEs can manage their trips and duties through their personalized and simplified app.
– The Adminstrative department of the customers can now view all their booking details, open trips, closed trips, routes, and billing information through their personalized dashboards.
– The Guests can use the app to track their trips, give feedback and communicate with us for any queries.
